Wow... I love the way you colored this piece. It looks great! The water and reflection look good, and you did great on the hair as usual. (Though you're still getting better apparently.) The coloring in her sleeves actually looks rather well done, too. Keep it up. ^^

Excellent job with the reflection. It's sometimes very difficult to get the reflections in water down, but you did a very good job on it. Props to you! Also, I see your work there for the lines. It looks much better, a lot less scribbley. (Assuming that's a word.)

The hair also look amazing. One thing that stands out poorly though is Meo's ear. There's no shading on the inner piece, and I'm assuming you just missed it. It makes it look 2d and bland though... I would suggest a lighter color of pink, a little bit of fuzz on the inside of the ear (like a real cats,) with some extra shading to show that it's on the inside of the fold.

Other than that, excellent job. :3
